Direct Debit (DD)
All training options are a direct debit with a minimum of 6 weeks commitment. Once the 6 weeks is completed it will automatically renew with an option to cancel. A two week cancellation rule applies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A 24 hour cancellation policy applies
- Bookings must be done via Mindbody
- A 2 week cancellation policy applies
- You must bring your own towel or one will have to be purchased on entry
- Any equipment used has to be wiped down at the end of your session
- Any weighted equipment (i.e. kettlebells, dumbbells, Barbells etc.) need to have the square mats put under them at all times
- Please do not drop any weights on the floor (if any weights are dropped purposely, termination of gym access may apply)
