These are circuit style classes that involve strength, cardio, boxing and agility work.

This class is designed to:

  • Improve coordination, strength and muscle control
  • Maintain a healthy body weight
  • Improve their balance and posture

Our kids fitness classes are between 5-10 years

A 10% discount will be applied if you have a sibling that has also purchased a term.

​We offer a Free Trial Class to all of our new clients, this is a great way to find out if your child will enjoy this class without committing to a whole term. If you come to the first session and decide to continue for the term you will be required to pay the whole term cost.
