Junior & Adult SparringIs only for graded boxers.
Once you have completed enough pad technique and your fitness levels are at their peak then you will be able to set up a grading and join this class. Amateur boxing is a great way to have discipline and focus in your life, whether it's having one fight or several or just even sparring three times a week, this session will test your endurance and spirit. |
