Founder of Reborn Fitness & Wellbeing, Shaun Hockley never takes a backwards step whether it's in the ring or in making sure his members are achieving their goals.
With more than 10 Triathlons and 5 boxing matches under his belt there is still a list of achievements to keep working towards.
Having put many boxers through pads and in the ring, Shaun can take a beginner boxer all the way up to State Championship level. Passions include surfing, triathlons and his family.
Shaun is also a great contributor to the local community, hosting many charity events through the gym and continuously trying to make a difference for those less fortunate.
Dave has been heavily involved in sport & physical activity from a young age. This life long passion has given him a broad variety of training & coaching theories, techniques & results, enabling him to pass on effective coaching to his clients no matter what their goal may be. His passion to train matches his passion to teach, he trains five days a week, he tests his training theories & systems thoroughly so you get the finished product, tried & tested!
He is an excellent motivator from a coaching background with proven results and understands the psychology towards fitness and training and what motivates people and gets results. Driven to teach and inspire clients to reach and exceed fitness goals through a combination of positive attitude, proper diet, exercise, rest and stress management. Dave is a caring and compassionate fitness professional with a reputation for maintaining long lasting professional relationships with clients.
Mel has been in the fitness industry for 30+ years. She has her Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, Advanced First Aid, WWC and Bronze Medallion. Mel represent NSW in Karate at a young age. She also held the title of Under 75kg Australian National Weightlifting Champion and trained with NSW Weightlifting under the Aust Weightlifting Coaches. She also spent time in the USA teaching children martial arts and movement. Mel started dancing from the age of two and continues to dance today.
From the age of 13 Mel was running kids Karate classes. She knew how important movement was physically, emotionally and mentally and knew working within this industry is what she loved. She joined the gym at 16 and has always trained.

Claudia is a certified personal trainer and coach who takes pride in creating unique, individualised workouts that are challenging, fun and effective.
Her background as a Medical Scientist enables her to make that important, trusting and caring personal relationship with clients. As she furthered her education through fitness and nutritional studies, her path was directed towards offering the latest modalites like functional fitness training to decrease body fat, increase energy, improve eating habits, build muscle strength, manage injury and attain a total sense of well-being.
Claudia is passionate about supporting you by taking the first step in reaching your fitness goals and becoming even more than you dreamed possible. She looks forward to the magic we'll co-create in your life.
